Louis began his career in construction at age 16 building fences, outdoor living areas, and eventually whole home remodels. He is hired by insurance companies and independent builders to evaluate the condition of properties. Louis owns and operates a residential and commercial inspection business. He currently utilizes his expertise in construction and home inspections to evaluate investment properties.
