Darel Daik | Panel Moderator
Meet Darel! Darel Daik is the founder and CEO of Noble Mortgage & Investments, LLC, a leading private lender for investors in Texas. An expert in real estate finance, Daik leads with a focus on maintaining Noble’s vibrant culture and vision. He educates investors through speaking engagements and media appearances, upholding high ethical standards that have earned Noble its respected reputation.
With a career in real estate lending since 1995, Daik has closed over $1 Billion in transactions across various property types, specializing in private hard money and conventional financing. A Houston native with degrees in finance and marketing from the University of Houston, he started as a mortgage originator and quickly advanced to running his own branch before founding Noble in 2003.
Daik is also the co-founder of Legacy Insurance Advisors which was founded in 2021. Legacy offers both personal and business insurance in Texas, California and Arizona.
Daik exemplifies leadership, integrity, and a deep commitment to empowering investors in their real estate journeys.

Theresa Hill
Meet Theresa! As Sales Manager at Compass Houston’s Central-Westheimer office, she leads residential real estate operations with a strong focus on coaching, mentoring, and empowering sales associates to elevate their businesses. Her passion lies in helping agents thrive while fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, professionalism, and respect.
With more than 30 years of experience in the Houston real estate market, Theresa brings extensive expertise in both management and residential sales, with a strong background in new construction. She holds multiple professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). She is also a proud graduate of the 2012 Texas REALTOR® Leadership Program and was appointed by NAR as a Texas Ambassador for the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement.
Theresa currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Houston Association of REALTORS® Executive Board of Directors, and as Regional Vice President for both the Texas REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® Boards of Directors.
Beyond her work in real estate, she is deeply committed to community service—volunteering with Ronald McDonald House, Bo’s Place, and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo—and she serves as a lector at Mary Queen Catholic Church in Friendswood.
A Houstonian since childhood (originally from California), she got to Texas as fast as she could! When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, music, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and extended family and friends.

Meet JR! J.R. Reed is a Houston-born real estate investor with over 500 residential transactions completed across the Greater Houston area.
Through his company, Perenna Properties, he supplies the market with 15+ off-market deals each month, creating consistent opportunities for local investors.
J.R. has experience wholesaling, flipping, and building a rental portfolio valued at more than $12 million.
Known for his practical, people-first approach, he focuses on solving problems for homeowners while helping investors access reliable inventory.
J.R. has a strong passion for helping people break out of the rat race through financial literacy and smart investing.
Hanin Al Qoreishy
Meet Hanin! Hanin’s journey began when she arrived in the U.S. from a war-torn country, overcoming major cultural and language barriers while building an incredible work ethic. By 14 she was working in home healthcare, and by 16 she held two jobs, helped support her family, and graduated high school with honors two years early.
Her career pivoted when an interview for an administrative position led to being hired as a sales agent, sparking her passion for finance and insurance. At just 18, Hanin became one of the youngest finance managers in the auto industry, earning top-producer recognition for six consecutive years.
Since becoming a licensed agent in 2016, she has built a deep background in finance and insurance. She later co-founded Legacy Insurance Advisors with Darel Daik, offering personal and business insurance lines and partnering with some of the strongest carriers in the industry. Today, Legacy Insurance Advisors proudly serves clients across Texas, California and Arizona.
Most recently, Hanin represented Iraq in the Miss Universe competition, further cementing her as a driven and multifaceted leader.
From young immigrant to industry trailblazer and entrepreneur, Hanin’s story is a testament to resilience, ambition and the power of pursuing excellence.
