Darel I. Daik
Chief Executive Officer
Darel I. Daik (NMLS ID#316081) is the founder and CEO of Noble Mortgage & Investments, LLC, a leading private lender for investors in Texas. An expert in real estate finance, Daik leads with a focus on maintaining Noble’s vibrant culture and vision. He educates investors through speaking engagements and media appearances, upholding high ethical standards that have earned Noble its respected reputation.
With a career in real estate lending since 1995, Daik has closed over $1 Billion in transactions across various property types, specializing in private hard money and conventional financing. A Houston native with degrees in finance and marketing from the University of Houston, he started as a mortgage originator and quickly advanced to running his own branch before founding Noble in 2003.
Daik is also the co-founder of Legacy Insurance Advisors which was founded in 2021. Legacy offers both personal and business insurance in Texas, California and Arizona.
Daik also manages a successful rental portfolio and has bought, renovated, and resold numerous properties. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his two sons, hunting and exercising. On the weekends, you can find him at his East Texas ranch with his Boston Terrier, Bachelor.
Chris Robichaux
VP Sales/Operations
Chris joined Noble Mortgage & Investments in 2004, and he knows that the most important aspect to be successful in this industry is knowledge of the products and customer service. He assists other team members and works with clients to make sure that the loan process is fluid and smooth.
Chris has the ability, knowledge, and fortitude to make even the newest investor understand the loan process. He has a great ability to connect with the clients that have worked with him for over 10 years. Chris is always looking forward to strengthening the relationships that have been forged throughout his tenure at Noble Mortgage.
On weekends, Chris spends his time cooking New Orleans style cuisines. He also celebrates his hometown and state by rooting for the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers!
Chris Moore
Senior Loan Originator
Chris Moore (RMLO# 1115759) has been in the industry as a loan officer since 1998. He joined the Noble Mortgage team as a senior loan officer in 2013. He specializes in conventional financing, but like all of our loan officers, he is also a hard money specialist.
Chris has also used Noble Mortgage to finance all of his personal investor flip transactions in the past. Although not a current flip investor, he has had the opportunity to see the transactions from both sides and can easily walk you through what you can expect as an investor with Noble Mortgage. On the conventional lending side, Chris is a FNMA and FHLMC product guideline specialist. His years of experience with all types of conventional lending and his understanding of the industry, have made him our go to guy for loan scenarios and guideline questions.
On the weekends, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and close friends at the farm, at the lake, or at the ballpark watching his son play baseball. He is an avid outdoors man and also enjoys hunting and fishing with his two boys whenever he can.
Jesse Coria
Senior Loan Originator
Jesse (RMLO# 1800326) is an exceptional loan originator at Noble Mortgage, known for his drive, positivity, and engaging personality. Joining the team in March 2018, Jesse has become a vital part of our success over the past six years.
With a background in retail banking, Jesse ensures every client receives five-star treatment. His hard work, joyful approach, and dedication to client success set him apart. Jesse’s passion for the mortgage industry drives him to continually deepen his knowledge and help clients achieve their financial goals. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the Houston Rockets, jogging, and spending time outdoors.

Silas Daik

Silas Daik is a recent graduate from Texas A&M University, where he was an active member of the Corps of Cadets, honing his leadership skills and dedication to service. Outside of his academic endeavors, Silas enjoys spending time with his brother, hunting, and playing golf. An avid reader, he finds inspiration in his favorite books.
Silas also enjoys playing with his loyal and playful pitbull, who brightens his days. His passion for learning and love for companionship bring a dynamic blend of enthusiasm and dedication to all his pursuits.
Mariel Frias
Loan Processor
Mariel is a highly motivated loan processor with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A proud graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, she holds a BA in Marketing & Media Advertising, Go Miners!
Recently becoming a Houstonian, Mariel cherishes spending her free time with friends, family, and her adorable Goldendoodle, Polo. Her positive attitude and commitment to personal growth ensure that she is always eager to learn something new. A true team player, Mariel excels in organization and brings her strong customer service skills to every interaction.
In her leisure time, she enjoys learning to play golf and exploring new destinations, as she loves to travel and is always looking for new adventures!
Esmeralda Estrada

Esmeralda is a dedicated and dynamic Administrative Assistant at Noble Mortgage & Investments, known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and warm, welcoming presence. Her role is highly versatile, supporting multiple areas of the business and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Her positive attitude and genuine care for others contribute to the supportive, upbeat environment that defines Noble Mortgage.
Outside of work, Esmeralda is a proud mom who stays busy with her kids’ activities, including football, basketball, soccer, and band. New to Houston as of August 2025, she enjoys exploring new restaurants and local spots, especially when welcoming family from Kyle, Texas. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, staying informed on current events, and unwinding with crime shows and podcasts. Family time is especially important to her, and she values every opportunity to spend time with loved ones.
Caroline Cagle
Director of Marketing
Caroline Cagle, originally from Louisiana, brings her vibrant energy and passion for marketing to our team as Director of Marketing. With a deep love for literature, Caroline can often be found immersed in a good book during her downtime. She cherishes spending time with her nieces and nephews, where her infectious laughter and positive spirit create joyful moments. Caroline’s enthusiasm and creative approach make her a valuable asset in crafting compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our audience.
Bachelor Daik

Bachelor joined the Noble family in December 2019 and quickly became a beloved member. A graduate of Happy Paws University, he excelled in daytime naps and begging for treats. He’s a social butterfly, great with all humans and other animals.
Each morning, Bachelor starts his day by greeting every team member in their office. He loves being where the food is, staying close to who ever has snacks. His favorite activities include car rides, naps, begging for treats, playtime and rides on the UTV at his dad’s ranch in East Texas. Whether he’s playing solo or joining in group activities, Bachelor’s playful spirit and friendly nature always leave everyone smiling!
