After working with two lending firms, Noble Mortgage CEO Darel I. Daik wanted to shake up the Texas hard money lending industry. Providing outstanding customer service and a superb working environment were the principles that led Daik to found Noble Mortgage in 2003. Since then, we’ve helped thousands of investors build long-term wealth by providing creative financial solutions aligned with our borrower’s goals.
This year, we’re celebrating 20 amazing years in the Texas hard money lending industry. Join us as we look back on some of our greatest accomplishments and learn about our plans for the future.
20 Years At a Glance
2003: Noble Mortgage is launched!
2008: After its five years of growth Noble is faced with the Great Recession and the real estate market collapsing. With our innovative and common-sense approach, Noble was one of the few hard money lenders to successfully navigate the 2008 mortgage crisis. Not only did Noble make it through the crisis we continued to lend to investors helping to provide liquidity in the marketplace.
2013: We started offering free happy hours for real estate investors to network with like-minded people on a consistent basis.
2014: As part of our continued effort to help our borrowers meet their goals, we launched free monthly financial education classes for investors.
2015: Noble took customer service to the next level by defining our 5-Point Guarantee so that every borrower experiences a high level of customer satisfaction. By 2023, we’ve earned more than 300 five-star Google reviews.
2016: Noble opened an office in Irving to serve North Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
2020: During the COVID-19 pandemic, Noble was one of the few lenders that kept lending despite the economic uncertainty.
2022: We closed the highest number of loans and volume since our founding.
Looking Forward: Our Plans for the Future
Noble has grown exponentially in the last five years, which has enabled us to work with borrowers of all kinds, from not only working with mom-and-pop investors to builders and commercial clients. We have big plans to expand our footprint in the commercial space in the coming years.
Since our inception, we’ve always prioritized customer service and a great work environment for our team. As we continue to expand, our culture always comes first when adding team members to the Noble family.
We are also continuously investing in upgrading our technology to better serve our borrowers, as well as working with other real estate firms to help investors find properties that suit their investing criteria.
Finally, while our lending currently extends to all major markets in Texas, we are planning on opening offices in San Antonio and Austin soon! While our lending services are always available in all major Texas markets, we hope these new in-person locations will help us to better serve our clients in these growing metropolitan areas.
